When you upload a document for analysis (PDF or text), its content is processed. Important: Uploaded documents are not permanently stored. They are only kept in memory during analysis and deleted immediately afterward.
2.2 Technical Data
With each access, the following is recorded: IP address, browser type and version, timestamp of access.
2.3 No Registration Required
To use Klartext Recht, no registration or email address is required. The service can be used completely anonymously.
3. Legal Basis
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent): For processing the document by AI. Consent is implicitly given by uploading the document.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest): For technical logs necessary for operation.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
