These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the web-based software solution "Klartext Recht" at klartext-recht.martin-schenk.es, operated by Martin Schenk S.L., C/ Claudio Coello 14, 5g, 28001 Madrid, Spain.

The provider makes available to the user a web-based platform through which legal documents can be translated into simple everyday language using artificial intelligence (AI).

§ 4 Liability
The provider does not guarantee the legal accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated translations. AI may make errors or overlook important aspects.
§ 5 Data Protection

§ 6 Applicable Law
Spanish law applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with businesses is Madrid, Spain.
